Shipping & Delivery
We deliver Australia wide via post (excluding our Donut Bouquets & Cookie Bouquets) and also offer local delivery for a small fee. Please add your preferred time for delivery in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate your selection. We will do our best to ensure your online order is posted for delivery ASAP, however AUSPOST delays may take place. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be populated at check-out.
Bites Dessert Parlor recommends you select a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home at their personal address. Bites Dessert Parlor requests that the recipient be present to receive the delivery on the day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then the box will be left outside the residence at your own risk. Bites Dessert Parlor will retain records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.
It is important that you as the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing your order.
Should the delivery address provided be incorrect or insufficient, Bites Dessert Parlor takes no responsibility or liability for loss of items due to the error. It is the customers obligation to supply all correct details at time of placing order. Should the address be incorrect and delivery can not take place, the order will be returned to Bites Dessert Parlor and disposed of due to the nature of the products.
