TERMS OF SERVICE
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING T&C'S
DELIVERY:
The recipient at the residential/business adress will be home on the day of delivery, and if not, you agree that we can leave the product in a safe. shaded area if available.
Deliveries will take place at any time throughout the day, up until 8:00pm in the evening, with a confirmation message sent to the purchaser once delivered.
If you require a priority delivery timeframe, we require a small fee of $5.
WRONG ADRESS:
It is extremely important to specify any additional details re delivery, buildings, etc if needed.
failure to do so, and if it results in an unfulfilled delivery, the item will be returned to Bites Dessert Parlor and disposed of, if not picked up within the same day at your own expense.
DAMAGE/LOSS:
Bites Dessert Parlor does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage/loss should the recipient not be home at time of delivery and the product is left in a safe spot at the time of our delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted and paid for. We work closely with our suppliers and they need the notice just as much as we do to prepare your order.
